My name is Scott, and I am a single father of ten children ages from twenty to 5 years old – 5 girls and 5 boys. Before you ask, there is absolutely no tiebreaker planned!

One of the things I like to do is cook for my family and I get asked quite often how I manage food allergies (gluten and dairy) large meals, school lunches, meal planning, budgets, and family life with so many mouths to feed.

In addition to feeding a small army daily, I have worked in restaurants (back of the house and front) and was a wine and beverage manager and buyer for a well known importer and retailer. 

Through this little corner of the internet, I plan to explain all of it and work on new recipes as well as some old staples we use to manage nutrition, time, food costs, and picky, opinionated teenagers and toddlers.
